The shore power sensor is essential product for any motor or sailing boat owner who relies on shore power. This innovative sensor monitors the presence of 110 Volt / 220 Volt AC power at your dock, ensuring that your boat’s electrical supply is consistent and alerting you if the dock power is disconnected. This functionality is crucial for avoiding unexpected power outages or unpleasant surprises when preparing to set sail.

With a data update frequency of every 4 seconds, the sensor provides real-time monitoring of your boat’s power connection. It is powered by a CR2450 3V battery, offering an impressive two-year lifespan. The sensor’s battery status is conveniently monitored with an LED indicator, flashing at power on and every 60 seconds when the battery is low, signaling the need for replacement.

Compact in size (70x45x21mm), the sensor is encased in durable black plastic (V0 material) and can be easily installed either by adhesive or with two screws. It employs Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1 technology, ensuring a reliable 15 to 20 meters range in open space and integrating seamlessly with the Seanapps system through QR code pairing.

Designed to be installed at the outlet of the circuit breaker for the line where the AC detector is to be placed, the sensor should be mounted connector-down in a technical compartment, accessible for battery changes. This Seanapps Dock Power Sensor is not only a guardian of your boat’s power supply but also a smart way to ensure continuous readiness and peace of mind.
