Designed to monitor various mechanical and electrical devices, this sensor provides updates every 4 seconds, ensuring a rapid and reliable response. Whether it’s to control access to storage compartments, chests, or hatches, this sensor ensures that everything remains secure during your voyages.

This advanced device reports the status of an external dry contact, useful for mechanical chest opening sensors or high water level detection. It is powered by a CR2450 3V battery, offering an impressive battery life of approximately two years. With a clear battery indicator – 90% >2.4V / 50% >2.3V / 20%>2.1V /Alarm<=2.1V – and an LED signal that flashes at startup and every 60 seconds when the battery is low, you are always informed about the state of your sensor.

Compact (70x45x21mm) and elegantly designed in white ABS plastic, it can be easily installed with adhesive or two screws. Its Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1 connectivity ensures a range of 15 to 20 meters in open space, facilitating integration with the Seanapps application through a simple QR code scan. For optimal installation, the sensor should be placed indoors, with the connector oriented downwards, and accessible for battery replacement.

The Seanapps hatch sensor is thus a smart and efficient solution for navigating with increased peace of mind, knowing that the critical areas of your boat are under constant surveillance.
